Normally I have no issues with Imo's however the last few trips they have incorrectly estimated the time for my pickup order and I ended up standing around for 10-15 minutes. It would be less aggravating if they didn't have so many employees standing around during an obviously busy time. On my most recent visit the boneless chicken wings I ordered had some cartilage in it, was very disappointed in that. The quality of service seems random.

This imos is beyond good. I always get my order right hot and fast. The employees are amazing. They treat you like family here. Ive been given free pizza just for waiting . this imos and its employees deserve recoginition. Very clean and very professional. Im always satisfied every time i eat here. Amazing management. Please give this imos a try. If i could rate mote than 5 stars i would. Ty imos staff.

seriously best pizza I’ve ever had. Square cuts for the win.

Mixed emotions. Sometimes order is fine, on time & 'delicious', other times have to wait longer than time stated other time(s) they had no knowledge of the order being played, frustrating to say the least.

Always good service and hot food. They give huge portions and always have my order right. I totally recommend them.
